If you need to see a doctor, or require medical advice, outside normal surgery hours please call
NHS 111, that is 1 1 1, which is free to call from landlines and mobiles”
Your call will be answered by the “out of hours” service 111 where trained staff will take your calls and direct you to the service most appropriate for your needs.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
Physical accessibility
The surgery is all on one level and doors allow plenty of room for wheelchairs and prams. The surgery has a hearing loop.
Car parking is available at the rear of the surgery.
How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.
