If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure.
We are using a new online service https://gp-registration.nhs.uk/M84016 that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery.

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
New Patient Registration Form – Paper Format
All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.
We will not refuse an application on the basis of the applicant’s race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.

Named GP
All patients are allocated a named GP who is responsible for your overall care at the practice. The named GP is shown on the counterfoil for ordering repeat prescriptions. Alternatively a member of the practice team will be able to let you know who your GP is. Should you have a preference for your named GP, please contact the Reception who will endeavour to accommodate your request. You are free to see any GP you choose and if you require a GP appointment urgently and your named GP is not available, please book in with another available GP.
