FLU CLINIC UNDER 65 AT RISK

The under 65 at risk clinic will be held on Tuesday 20^th October, please call to book an appointment.

Safety is our priority. Please do not arrive early or late for your appointment, you may have to wait outside for a short period of time socially distancing so please bear in mind the weather conditions. You must wear a mask or face covering and your temperature will be taken before entering the building.

Under 65 at risk patients, we will keep you updated, at the moment we will not be receiving the vaccine until mid October

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE INFLUENZA VACCINATION, IF:

You have chronic respiratory disease

You have chronic heart disease

You have chronic kidney disease

You have chronic liver disease

You are diabetic

You have a weak immune system/Immunosuppression

You have a history of stroke or TIA or Multiple Sclerosis or a disease of the central nervous system

You are Pregnant

Household contacts of those on the NHS Shielded Patient List

Those who are in receipt of carer’s allowance, or those who are the carer of an older, disabled or Immunosuppressed person whose welfare may be at risk if the carer falls ill.
